24/7 service is available, Yes, we can pick you up anytime, day or night. However, we do request that you make a reservation in advance.

Nope, we usually do not charge extra, unless there are some extraordinary circumstances.

The best way to book a shuttle is by going to the "Make a Reservation" in the navigation menu above. There you can make a tentative reservation and we will confirm it, usually within the hour.

We are proud to say that ABC Shuttle Service has the lowest rates around. Yup!
Rates vary depending on your location, both pick up and drop off. You can inquire about our flat rates by "Price Inquiry" form on the homepage tab. Please keep in mind that we offer a direct non-stop service taking you directly to your destination at a comparative price.
5) How many other people will you be picking up?
Hopefully none. If in a rare case someone in your immediate neighborhood or on the way is going around the same time as you, we can work something out, and will let you know in advance when possible. However, generally this is rare. So, in most cases you and your party have the entire ride to yourself, yay!
6) What kind of vehicles do you have?
We can provide you with mini-vans, a larger van or car service.

7) How early of a notice do you need?
We can work with you if you give us at least 24-hours or more. We will do our best to serve you even on short notice, however to ensure that your spot is reserved, booking in advance helps everyone.
8) Do you accept credit cards?
We do! Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We request as a courtesy that you let us/the driver know ahead of time if you'll be paying with a card. This can be done at the beginning of your trip or when you are making the reservation.
There is a processing fee of $3 for all cards.
9) What if I need a children's car-seat?
Car-seats are a privilege, not a right! That being said, in most cases we can lend you a car seat for your trip to the airport so you don't have to bring your own. This can be done by communicating with us ahead of time: when you make the reservation for instance. Also, it is your responsibility to remind us that you request a seat as often as you can. The drivers generally don't carry them in the car with them, so they will have to stop and grab one before they pick you up, so reminders are very helpful.
We have infant and toddler seats, they are nothing fancy so if you require a speciality seat (European Style) or with a special harness, please bring your own. Currently, there is no charge for one courtesy seat.
10) What is your pet policy?
We love pets, however we must comply with all vehicle safety and hygiene codes to ensure a safe and comfortable of the general passenger environment. All pets must be in a transport kennel and remain there at all times until you have reached your destination. Pets are not allowed to roam freely in the vans/cars due to strict safety regulations and comfort level of all passengers and the driver.
We fully comply with any and all ADA regulations pertaining to service animals, documentation/proof of such cases may be verified at the time of pick up.
You must all ways inform us in advance if there will be an animal traveling.
