Please book only once you've finalized your travel plans ie. you're certain you need shuttle service.
Since Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even if a booking is canceled — these fees are retained by the payment processor, not us. As a result, cancellations will incur approx 3.5% fee plus interchange charges per transaction. This applies even if your reservation can't be fulfilled due to short notice (under 24 hours), booking errors, or requests made outside our service hours. Booking only when plans are finalized helps you avoid unnecessary charges and helps us serve everyone more efficiently.
